FAQs
How long will we work together?
We’ll begin with an initial 12-week (3-month) run to assess where you currently are, uncover your triggers, and establish your goals. This also allows us to get to know one another and develop our coaching relationship. After 12 weeks, we’ll determine if ongoing coaching is right for you and for how long.
When will we meet?
We’ll meet once each week (or every other week) for 60 minutes at a time. I find that this is best to keep you on track, and in case you are derailed at any time for any reason, it’s easy to get you back on track. We will work together to accommodate your schedule.
Where will we meet?
We will meet virtually through Zoom. Currently, at this time, in-person coaching is unavailable.
What if I miss a session?
I ask that you provide as much advance notice as possible if you cannot make your scheduled appointment time.
We will reschedule for a future date & time.
I have a strict no-call/no-show policy, and your contract will be terminated if you miss three appointments without advance notice.
You are considered a no-call/no-show if you have not arrived for your session ten minutes beyond the scheduled time.
How much does private coaching cost?
This depends on how often you’d like to meet…
12 weeks of Weekly Check-ins is $2,700 paid in full.
12 weeks of Bi-weekly Check-ins is $2,100 paid in full.
Are Payment Plans available?
Of course!
12 Weeks of Weekly Check-ins: $900/month or $225/week.
12 Weeks of Bi-weekly Check-ins: $700/month or $175/week.
